Brookstone loses Providence Christian Academy 3-0

Preston Campbell did his best to change the outcome, but Campbell couldn't lead Brookstone past Providence Christian Academy as Brookstone lost 3-0 in seven innings at Golden Park Columbus, GA on Saturday.

Providence Christian Academy couldn't get anything going as long as Campbell was on the hill. Campbell held Providence Christian Academy hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four.
Whitlock got the win for Providence Christian Academy. He pitched six shutout innings. He struck out 11, walked none and surrendered one hit.
Jarrod Little went 4 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed three runs.
Providence Christian Academy closer Mattix put away the final out to record the save.
The lead stayed with Providence Christian Academy after the third, when it scored one run on an RBI double by Baldwin.
Providence Christian Academy tacked on another two runs in the fifth. The inning got off to a hot start when Whitlock singled, plating Koerper. That was followed up by Kleinucmict's single, bringing home Spratlia.
